Baked Ham (bone in): Make a glaze using Pineapple/Mango Jam with a few tablespoons of Rozendal Hibiscus Vinegar. Smear the glaze over the entire ham. Place the ham in a baking pan with 1/2 cup of water and bake fat side up in a 350 degree (F) oven for 20 minutes per pound. When the internal temperature of the ham is 167 degrees (F), the ham is done. |
